    • Get Help from your server page: your server's details are attached to the ticket, and our replies show up in the panel

  • Additional support:

    • Free transfers from a previous host: just send us a ticket with the details.

  • Mod Installation Package:

    • Submit a ticket with a list of ~25 mods or a personal collection.

    • We do not provide configurations for Rust Oxide plugins, though if the support staff assisting you knows and is happy to provide, they can configure them for you.

  • Billing: Priced on RAM only, never per slot. Save 12.5% with quarterly billing.
